Rosie was recommended to me by a mutual friend when I was in the process of relocating to Jacksonville for my job.  Rosie worked tirelessly to assist me in my home search.  She is patient, thoughtful and sincerely cares about her clients.  After an exhaustive search, she found me a lovely new home in Nocatee.  She offered valuable advice throughout the purchase process, and spent over four hours at the closing on my behalf because I was out of state. Mrs. Hetman became our realtor to sell a house in Jacksonville Florida in 2010.  With the market the way it is and myself being relocated to Washington State and then delpoyed for a year in the Navy, she took an unbelivable amount of stress off of me.  She not only kept communication with me on how the property was doing but would handle any issues that came up from mowing the yard, dealing with contractors for repairs, personnaly going to the house to secure it after vandals broke in, and coordinated with the police for constant drive by's to ensure the property stayed secured.  She also dealt with several potential buyers and explained the process to myself since I have very little experiance.  This was the first house I have ever sold.  She also corresponded with the Housing Assistance Program answering any questions and quickly getting the paperwork they required while I was out to sea with no email capability.  I truly do not think my house would have been sold today in this market with out Rosie.  I thank her so much for being our realtor and not giving up for the two and half years.  She is a true professional and I will recommend her to every one that is selling a house
